Entry Deadline Wednesday, February 4th

Create: Design an original Iowa Heartlanders–themed art piece using the art medium of choice,
Submit: Upload a photo of your artwork by February 4, 2026. One submission per person.
Online Voting: Fans vote on social media for the Top 5 pieces from February 5–11, 2026
Game Night Display: Top 5 artworks will be displayed at the ARTLanders Game on February 14, 2026
Final Voting: In-arena voting continues until the end of the 2nd period
🏆 Winner Announced Live: The winning artist will be announced in-game during the 3rd period

The top (5) finalists will be required to attend the ARTLanders Game at Xtream Arena on 2/14/26 with puck drop at 7 PM.

The top (5) finalists will receive (2) complimentary tickets to this game. Notifications will be sent on 2/12/26.

Open to local artists ages 18 and older
Artists must live within a reasonable distance of Iowa Heartlanders territory
One (1) entry per artist
Artwork must be original and created specifically for this competition
Collaborative pieces are allowed, but will count as one entry and prizes will be awarded to the group collectively

Artwork must be Iowa Heartlanders–themed
Artwork may be created using any art medium (painting, drawing, digital art, sculpture, photography, mixed media, etc.)
Artwork must be appropriate for family-friendly public display
No copyrighted logos, images, or characters may be used unless owned by or officially provided by the Iowa Heartlanders
Submissions may not include offensive, political, or explicit content

Artists must submit a clear photo of their completed artwork by February 4, 2026
Submission photos must be uploaded through the official submission link
Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted
Physical artwork is not required at the time of submission, but must be available for display if selected as a finalist

Iowa Heartlanders staff will select the Top 5 finalists from all eligible submissions, along with social media voting
Online fan voting will take place on Iowa Heartlanders social media channels from February 5–11, 2026
Final in-arena voting will continue through the end of the 2nd period of the ARTLanders game on February 14, 2026
The winner will be determined by a combination of fan voting and Iowa Heartlanders review
All voting results are final
