Donation Requests

The Iowa Heartlanders are proud to partner with local non-profit organizations through donations for auctions, raffles, and door prizes.  Please complete the request form below.  We do our best to assist as many organizations as possible, however due to the large volume of requests, completion of this form does not guarantee a donation.  The Heartlanders review all requests weekly so please allow up to 5-7 business days for a response.  Please submit donation requests four weeks prior to your event date. All donations are subject to availability. The Heartlanders reserve the right to refuse service to any organization.
