Coralville, IA – The Iowa Heartlanders announced the following two roster moves Tuesday.1. Forward Kris Bennett has been recalled from loan by the Iowa Wild.2. The Heartlanders have signed goaltender Jack Berry to an ECHL contract.Bennett tops the ‘Landers with ten goals, 11 assists and 21 points. He was named the first Captain in Heartlanders history last month. He has generated at least one point in 11 of 14 ECHL games this season. The rookie has skated in four AHL games this season.Berry has been nearly impenetrable behind the pipes for Peoria (SPHL) in four games this campaign, registering a 1.45 goals against average and .950 save percentage (2-0-2 record). Over four seasons at the University of Wisconsin, the 25-year-old registered a 21-27-7 record, 3.05 goals against average and .893 save percentage in 67 career games. He is in his second professional campaign. Berry skated in nine games for Pensacola (SPHL) last campaign.Upcoming Home GamesToledo is in town for big promotional week on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
