Heartlanders sign rising rookie Parrottino to ECHL deal

Coralville, Iowa – Head Coach Derek Damon announced forward Tommy Parrottino has signed an ECHL contract with the Iowa Heartlanders, proud ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild and Iowa Wild.Parrottino adds a speedy, hardworking element to the Heartlanders forward group. A four-year player at Michigan Tech (2018-22), Parrottino tallied 66 career NCAA points (37g) in 124 games. Last season, the Huskies qualified for the NCAA tournament and Parrottino ripped in 11 goals and 28 points. He led Michigan Tech with five power-play goals in 2021-22.He started his pro career with Idaho last April, skating in two games.
