Heartlanders back on MC22 for 8 regular season games

The Iowa Heartlanders, proud ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild and Iowa Wild, announced the team has re-signed its partnership with MC22 to broadcast Heartlanders games this season. Eight regular season home games will be broadcast on MC22 (channel 22, 722, 822) and the station will also televise the team's coaches show "In The Heartland" every Tuesday from 6:00-6:30 p.m. during Iowa's regular season. Play-by-play voice David Fine will join analyst Chris Peters for games. The tandem enters their second season behind the mic broadcasting Heartlanders games together. Peters is the Senior Content Director of FloHockey and is an NHL Draft and Prospects analyst with extensive experience covering amateur and professional hockey. Peters has worked for ESPN, Daily Faceoff, CBS Sports and USA Hockey. MC22 can be found on Mediacom television lineups (ch. #822 or #722) across a five-state footprint that includes Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota.Televised Home Games Schedule: MC-22 will broadcast the following 8 home games this season on Channel 22, 722 and 822. Oct. 21 vs. Idaho, 7:05 p.m. (Opening Night)Nov. 26 vs. Cincinnati, 7:05 p.m. Dec. 17 vs. Kalamazoo, 7:05 p.m. Jan. 28 vs. Fort Wayne, 7:05 p.m. Feb. 18 vs. Wheeling, 7:05 p.m. Mar. 11 vs. Kalamazoo, 7:05 p.m.Mar. 25 vs. Wichita, 7:05 p.m.Apr. 15 vs. Wheeling, 7:05 p.m.The team will offer audio broadcasts for every home game at mixlr.com/goheartlanders. Fans can also watch games on flohockey.tv for an internet video stream (subscription service).The Heartlanders open the season vs. Idaho on Friday, Oct. 21 at 7:05 p.m. in a game presented by Steindler Orthopedic Clinic with a Steindler Fanbango Giveaway to all fans. There is also a magnet schedule giveaway, presented by Allison Mackin, Realtor, With The Watts Group Join the team for a pregame tailgate at Backpocket Brewery in the IRL from 4:00-6:00 p.m. with mascot Dash.
