Coralville, Iowa – The Iowa Heartlanders, proud ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild and Iowa Wild, have points in the first three games of a seven-game home stand and oppose the Indy Fuel Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.The Heartlanders took five of a possible six points against Wheeling in a three-in-three last week, one of the most-spirited weekends of hockey in team history. The clubs combined for 146 penalty minutes over three games, which included 86 in a thrilling 4-3 Saturday win for Iowa.In Iowa’s last game Sunday against the Nailers, the team overcame a 4-1 deficit to force overtime and got a point in a 5-4 defeat. Bobby Hampton scored the overtime winner for Wheeling.Indy dropped back-to-back games at Kalamazoo last weekend and 3-5-0-0 this month. The Heartlanders are 5-3-1-0 in February.Wednesday is the 9th game of the season series. He generated seven goals and 20 points for Maine last season. Robbins has at least a point in seven of his last eight games.

Zach White 100 Iowa forward Zach White is expected to play in his 100th career game with the Heartlanders Wednesday, becoming the first player to play in at least 100 games with the team.The 27-year-old joined Iowa in December 2021 and made an immediate impact in Iowa’s inaugural season, scoring in his first game with the team to tie the game and help the Landers defeat Toledo in the shootout. Teaming with Kris Bennett and Ryan Kuffner last season, he tallied 51 points (18g) in 52 games.This season, White has 19 points (10g) and registered five last week vs. Wheeling.White has the second-most goals (28), assists (42) and points (70) in team history.
