Heartlanders have 3 home games this week

Coralville, Iowa – The Iowa Heartlanders, proud ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild and Iowa Wild, look to swing their season series vs. the Cincinnati Cyclones their way Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. Each team has won two matchups in the series and the Cyclones took the most-recent matchup last Friday, 4-1.The Heartlanders are looking for their first win since Feb. 24 vs. Kalamazoo. The team has registered one point in the first four games of March. Each of those four March games have been against teams in playoff position.In Iowa’s last game Sunday, the Heartlanders wrapped up a stretch of four games in four cities with a 5-2 loss to the Fort Wayne Komets. Wheeler has 12 points in his career. The rookie has played in 64 games for Iowa since joining the team following the conclusion of his NCAA time at UConn (2018-22).
